The Story Of Trojan Records Book Launch

On Thursday 2 August, the British Library hosts the official launch of the new book The Story of Trojan Records, with the evening kicking off at 6.30pm with celebrated Trojan fan, Don Letts in conversation about the label’s history with the book’s author, our very own Laurence Cane-Honeysett.

Those in attendance – including some of the artists and former employees that have contributed to Trojan success over the past 50 years – will also be able to enjoy drinks while listening to classic Trojan sounds, with Laurence signing copies of the book, which will be available for purchase from the British Library bookshop.

Entry to the event is by ticket only, although members of the general public can reserve a maximum of two free tickets each simply by emailing Ellie@Eye-Books.com.

While at the library, visitors can also take the opportunity to enjoy the fascinating Windrush: Songs In A Strange Land, which runs until 21 October.

So if you’re in London on the evening of 2 August, be sure to make the most of the opportunity and book your free ticket to this one-off Trojan event!
