Arguably the greatest musical talent to emerge in Jamaica, Lee 'Scratch' Perry has produced some of the finest Reggae recordings to ever see issue.

 

Launching his career as an independent producer in 1968, he promptly topped the local charts with his typically innovative 'People Funny Boy' before making his UK breakthrough the following year with 'Return Of Django'.

 

Numerous Reggae classics followed, including further British chart hits, 'Hurt So Good' and 'Police And Thieves'.
